Sugar Cookies
1 Egg
1 c Sugar
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 c Unsalted melted butter
1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
2 c All purpose flour
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well blended. Mixture will become a dough. Roll the dough out with a rolling pin and divide cookies into round circles. Bake 10-20 minutes.
