Banana Cream Pie
2 Sliced Bananas
2 c of Half and Half
1 c Crushed Ice
4 c of Heavy Whipping Cream
1 9inch Pie Crust (Baked)
1 Package of Vanilla Instant Pudding
*Mix whipping cream and half and half in a bowl. Mix well. Add ice and continue mixing with electric mixer. Add the pudding mix. Mix for about five to six minutes. Turn mixer on high and mix until the mixture is thick. Dump mixture onto the pie crust. Line the sliced bananas on top and refrigerate for one to two hours. Before serving (optional), top with whip cream.
